I recently bought a W-6 PTO Shield from somebody named Ron's Tractors in Ohio. I think I paid $8.00 for it; it was probably worth $25 and could have been bidded up to $50 or more if two or three people really wanted it. I was out sick when I received notification that I had won the item. I was late sending the guy payment because I was out sick, but I added an additional $5.00 for being late. I recently got the check back from Ron saying he couldn't accept the check because it was not for the right amount and he did not receive check within the specified time. While he was within his legal limits, he saw an opportunity to put it back on e-bay and try to get alot more money for it than I was paying, even though I sent additional money as an act of good faith. I don't like dealing with people who hide behind the rules for their own benefit.
