Delbert, the heck of it is, this isn't North Dakota WINTER! Heck, it's still supposed to be fall! They are predicting highs in the 60's by the weekend, and possible rain, so, likely this snow will go away. Rarely, does it freeze up here until the 5TH to the 12TH of November.
