Hydraulics on a TO 35

I am trying to put an old To 35 back to work. This tractor is, for the most part, in pretty good shape considering its age. I have a question about the hydraulics running to the rear of the tractor. At present, I have two 3 foot hoses running to the back of the tractor, one from each side of the hydraulic pump. I want to hard line this system and mount a coupler on the rear of the tractor. Can anyone tell me which side the hydraulic should come out of, and how or where do I mount the coupling on the back of the tractor. Any help would be appreciated.
