Two things.
First, with the HL-R transmission itself, the neutral range in the hydraulic shift valve was too narrow - which sometimes permitted the transmission to shift into gear while the shifter was in neutral position. So, we had to install new shift valves, or shift-valve spools into all of them.
Second - the four speed range transmission that is coupled to the HL-R had no neutral, only the choice of being in 1,2, 3, or 4. So, we had to add a neutral slot into all of them.
