"And yesterday I heard on the news, that a Pharmacy in Kansas sent in a 12 dollar and change bill to the Feds for a senior citizen's meds, the Feds cut em a check, just one penny short of a million dollars. The Pharmacy got in contact with the Feds, Feds told them to keep the money, to send it back would just screw up their books. Reckon why they didn't give em that other dang penny? Anyone know any good pet rocks that would like to run for Goverment office?"
