I, for one, want you to know that I appreciate the hard work your company does to maintain this board. I have ordered from your store before and have been satisified. I decided to look at the wording at the bottom of the invoice and besides the comments about the shipping and the restocking fee, I found this:

"However, if the error is ours the restocking fee will not apply and shipping charges will gladly be refunded."

It seems this could have been handled a little differently.
