Boley, If you go with one of those tractors with a belly mower get something that's easy to manuever and drive if you got lots of trees and things to go around. If not it won't be that bad. Went and bit the bullet today and got a new Cub Cadet with the 27 HP to mow the big yards. It should drive around trees easier anyway. Use to have a MF 135 with a 60" belly mower but with trans drive PTO and no power steering was hard to get around trees with. The ag tires tore the yard up too. So if you are only going to use it to mow with consider cost of turf tires or the diamond tread too when pricing. The belly mower made it prone to get stuck in ditches or on any high spots too. I saw a neat AC G with a Woods belly mower on it but they said it was a dusty thing to drive like that down so low. At least the cub or A would get you up some higher.
