The only Eimco tractor that might have been remotely agricultural I have heard of was the Eimco 105, tested at Nebraska in 1957, it was a stubby little crawler, with a 283 cubic inch four cylinder General Motors 71 Diesel engine, tested at 72 HP on the drawbar (it had no belt pulley). The only Power Horse I have ever heard of was the Harris Power Horse, tested at Nebraska in 1952, it was a cute looking four wheel drive tractor with a 251 CID flathead Chrysler industrial engine, produced a rated 39 drawbar horsepower (it, too had no belt pulley for belt HP ratings). There were no other Eimco's or Power Horses that were tested at Nebraska, but that doesn't preclude one like you describe, only that it would have been limited production, as anything agricultural that was intended for any kind of serious marketing to farmers was tested at Nebraska.
