In our district on Oct.1st there is going to be an estate sale on an old farmsite consisting of about 6-8 acres of 1/2 tons,haywagons,rakes,balers,grain trucks,combines,15 to 20 tractors,WD9s,4020,CS1800,CS1850,MM Z to name a few,parts and carcasses of tractors,steelwheels,swathers,D6crawler,seeddrills,sawmills,cultivators,and horse drawn items then there is all the stuff with 25ft. trees growing through and around.15-20 granarys with parts, junk, old grease pails,tools, welders,saws,stoves,gas pumps etc. The oldtimer was never married,lived way back in the untravelled part of the county,had no electricity but hauled stuff home since 1950 from local farm auctions. With the auctioneer's permission we went and had a look on Sunday,we were there for over 3hrs. and didn't see it all.Will make for a very interesting day on Saturday.The place will be buzzing with powersaws I'm sure.Dan in AB

Memories of an IH Super A When I was ? up to 10, I worked on my Papaw's farm in Greeneville, TN every summer. As I grew older (7), it was the thrill of my day to ride or drive on the tractor.
