Since you are looking at new Dodges, don't overlook the 4.7 with 5 sp auto. I am very impressed with the performance of this combo and on my second tank of gas drove 163 miles on 9.5 gal....that's 17.1 on a new engine. I'm tickled. Something I didn't realize was my new Good year 20" tires are rated for 2600 lbs at 44 psig. The 4.7 is a dual overhead cam completely new engine design from the old 318 and 360's.
