If you have never bought blemished tires the side walls just usually have a rougher finish out of the mold and could be other irregularities but nothing critical. We have run blems on tractors, combines, and trucks without any problems. They just don't look as nice and mud and dirt sticks to side but that doesn't matter for the $$.
