The 3000 was built from 1965-1975. The 3600 was the replacement, from 1976-1981. The 3610 was the direct replacement for the 3600, and the 3910 was in the same power class while having the double reduction planetary rear axle. The 10 series ran from '82-91, but I'm not sure that the 3610 was available for that full run.
Whatever it is, it isn't a 1985 Ford 3000. HTH. Rod
