Well, that berm is the back wall of a sanitary
landfill. A big one, for the Twin Cities area of
Minnesota. Big, big dump pit. It's full, sealed
over. Was sealed before the housing
development went in.

As you look out the window, you see
airplanes. They are next to a mid-sized
municiple airport. Been there for over 1/2 a
century.

Why do people buy in such locations?
