And just exactly do you think it is that will repay those treasury notes? Those notes are based on the ability of the citizens to earn enough money to pay enough taxes to pay them back. It doesn"t really matter who holds the notes. Of course the treasury could print more paper money, but that is not real money as it deflates the value of the dollar. The notes will be repaid by the same people who always pay them.....You and me, and every other tax payer, so yes it is OUR money.
