rebuild the low-lying spots. Of course rebuild
New Orleans, and the rest of the coasts that
were so devistated.

But the govt controls my low ground, I can't
even plant crops in a 'wetland'. how the heck
can these folks rebuild houses in that sunken
wetland????

That is foolishness.
