Several years ago I remember seeing a news show about New Orleans, and how it is below sea level and a big hurricane will wipe out the city. That time has now happened and they have known about it for years. The smart thing to do is bail them out now (a one time deal) and say if you are dumb enough to rebuild your house then the US taxpayer isnt going to foot the bill the next time.
