Some people say to put mothballs in your mulch,but since they are already using it as a toilet,not sure it would work.----Others say to liberally sprinkle the area with red PEPPER.Might want to mix it in a little Crisco or? to make it stick to their feet better.They lick their feet and it is like WOW, thats HOT!I ain't goin there again!---- A shot of permanent antifreeze in a piece of fish or meat.It won't "hurt" them.LOL,That will end your cat problem.I hate those arrogant sobs.They think they own you.
