How much is a JD 720 L.P. worth?

I'm thinking of purchasing a 1957 John Deere 720 L.P. with what looks to be a factory wide front. However the tractor's is sad shape. It has no good rubber, rims are about shot(one already is), the sheet metal is in very poor condition, and the engine is stuck tight. However the tranny seems like it might be ok. So how much is this tractor worth? All opinions are much appreciated.
