Arizona fuel tax is $.18gal paid in advance(this is really important), so for $180yr you can keep State revenue people off your butt if your using the fuel in a AZ registered vehicle(s). There is no use tax for off road fuel.

The BATF's only concern if you don't make the alcohol undrinkable by adding a small amount of gasoline to the alcohol. Once you make it undrinkable, then it's a fuel and a IRS tax problem. That's what my research said 20yrs ago when I checked it out. The net info NOW being posted on the fourms reads about the same.

Now if your selling it, you have a whole bunch of regulations to follow.

Make sure you lable "it" correct.

A fuel additive has very little restrictions where a fuel has all kinds of restrictions.

A fuel tank mounted on wheels is generaly not EPA or State regulated unless that trailer leaves personal property. A fuel tank fixed to the property has all kinds of regulations to follow.

A better name for Biodiesel is vegetable oil as vege oil has no restrictions. A better name for gas is alcohol.
