Tim, I posted but didn't have any info that would help, when I checked back the thread was gone, Don't know what happened, I don't think it was anything I said... I was wanting to make fuel several years ago, did lots of searching but don't remember much of my effort. But I'm thinking that it's not illegal for making fuel for your own use. And the stuff can even be drinkable if used on your farm. And I don't think the permit was anything much other than requesting it... I'm hunting my notes, and if I find anything I'll post it.
