IF you are going to be doing any hauling of the tractor consider what you have to pull a trailer with and if you have a trailer or not how heavy a truck and trailer you are willing to get. For a tractor the size of Farmall M you need at least a 3/4 ton truck with a trailer with at least 2 3500# axles and that is with absoutlay no added weight to tractor, that size trailer would be good for a farmall H with a full size 1/2 ton truck
