Davis, there were a lot of hard working people that do not have work to do now that would jump at the chance to work, earn wages and help get their areas going again. Why not put the labor at hand to good use instead of asking for volunteers to come in and use up available resources the locals need. Great idea which has been bantered around a lot and needs more attention.
