Sorta... If you have a static IP, then yes, she can lock you out quite easily. However, if you have a dynamic ip she will not only lock out you, but potentially thousands of other users. If you are a AOL user, it's virtually impossible to block you out (without blocking all of AOL) without putting a cookie on your machine. I suppose there might be a way to block you by your MAC address. It's also probably possible to "trap" you after the fact. That is to say that if you were to be banned, a program would wait for you to post again (assuring that you are on) and when you post with your username, it would place a cookie on your machine thus banning you. The other way, and probably simplest is to make it so that if you wanted to post on this site you would have to log on first. That way any misbehavior could easily be banned. I actually would like that as it would help stop people from using a zillion different aliases. But to make a long story short, unless you have the static ip, there is no easy way to keep you.
