Which way is it???

When the king of Saudia Arabia died, gas prices around here went up 40 cents a gallon because the "experts" said that our oil is imported from Saudi Arabia. When Katrina went through the Gulf of Mexico, gas prices went up 60 cents a gallon because these same "experts" say that our oil comes from the Gulf of Mexico. Gas prices around here went up over a dollar a gallon in August. I smell a rat. Which way is it??.........P
