Someting else to look at if it has a rubber gas line is to make sure it is not kinked or twisted. I had a H do that and didn't notice it until we had almost run the battery down. Make sure the fuel lines or opening at the tank are not stopped up either. Sometimes they will let just enough get though for the tractor to start and run a short time but not enough to keep it running.
