Sometimes the truth hurts. Why would we expect third and fourth generation welfare recipients to act any differently now than at any other time. They had their hand out before the flood, they got it out now. At the risk of being politically incorrect here, sometimes we reap what we sew. Maybe this is God's answer to population control.
