Gas crisis

I keep hearing about goals to fix the oil/gas problem with more oil/gas reserves. The problem is our national leadership and energy policy. Remember when a president presented a goal to put man on the moon within a decade and we did just that. Well, it's time to switch to a new energy source; hydrogen, ethanol, or whatever. The world's demand for oil products cannot be satisfied forever. Our demand for cheap Chinese products is coming back to grab us at the gas stations. Everyday we become more dependent on foreign oil. The president COULD guide the US to independence.
