Most of Europe is functioning on 8%-10% enemployment. They make do with tiny cars that are barely bigger then a Honda quad runner and live in tiny rented apartments. Home ownership is very low and mortgages last for generations. Most of the population has no AC and wait months to see a doctor for even the most serious illnesses. They can keep it over there.
