you say.the problem today has nothing to do with the quantity of oil.if that were true then crude price would still be low,even if the price of gas,diesel and heating oil were high.right now,the world produces 1.5 to 2 million barrels per day more than is used.the price of oil and therefore the price of other products is controled by a bunch of profit taking futures traders preying on fears of shortages.
