YOu may just see more E-85 or other ethanol or methanol blends making their way to the retail outlets now that their production costs are more in line with the price of fuel now days. It isn"t so much that the oil companies refused to produce ethanol, as it was the increased cost to do so, therefore requiring them to charge more than the public was willing to pay. That goes for all alternative fuels, including bio-diesel. We. the buying public, may be more receptive to paying the price for E-85 and bio-diesel than we were a year ago.
