Is the fuel valve screwed into the bottom of the tank (gravity flow)or in line with the fuel line?? If it is screwed into the bottom of the tank there could be a clogged screen filter on the shut off valve. If the fuel line is on the top of the tank, then there could be a screen filter on the bottom of the fuel pickup tube that needs cleaning. If the valve is in line with the fuel line, then I would check if it is coming out from the source. Is the valve working ok?
