Pocatello would be kind of out of the way. The fastest route to Boise is to take I-84 at Tremonton rather than I-15 to Pocatello. There's a salvage yard in Paul Idaho, "Burley Tractor" but last time I was there it had precious little Ford stuff. Mostly IH and Deere. I've heard of one in Twin Falls that should be on your way and of course the one in Nampa should be checked out. Drive careful in Nampa. My brother is a Nampa City cop!
