Where do you get being made for 7 months? 2N was made fron 1942 thru 1947 when 8N came out as 48 model. I have a 44 2N Dad bought new and as soon as Sherman was avaible he had it installed, ad a 41 9N that I bought a few year ago with the Sherman and if it did not have the Sherman I would not have Owned it, A lot of my work is done in 2nd over with 3rd over being used quite often. A Sherman over-under would be a lot better with 2nd under, 2nd, 2nd over, 3rd under,3rd, & 3rd over providing a great range of speeds
