Miche--- I have pumped heating oil for my self,friends and neiobers, using a smalcintrifical electric pump....garden hose connection "IN and OUT"... Put the pump in the base ment....it can push more than it can pull. I used empty alchol 55 gal. drums. Try a tool rental--rember garden hose connections.
Some dealers will buy back the oil and they pump it.
