If that old rear end has any components made of copper based metal. GL-5 will corrod eit away should any moisture get in there.
Use Gl-1 or GL-4 MARINE, not ordinary GL-4.
She has ran this long, chances are she will see 2037 with just GL-1 used in the trans.
