I cannot find anyone around who want to work on an old oil-fired boiler. I switched over to a more efficient propane unit and will probably be pretty happy with it. The local oil furnace guy made Alf and Ralph Monroe look like rocket scientists. Now I have an easier to fix, new system under warranty from a large shop. No more dealing with the old furnace guy.
