OT: how to do it.

Hi, I need to plant about 1/2 acre of ryegrass- turftype "yard" grass along my driveway and around trees along the driveway....how would you do it...here are my tools...tractor, disk, seeder/fertilizer spreader - both drop and broadcast types.
Plan to rent a straw blower to blow straw on top when done....
I plan to disk it a few times...need to roll it somehow? then drop the seed, roll it and then straw it...what can I use to break up the clods that will be present after I disk..Should I rent a small tractor with a 3 point rototiller?
