If Tommy D. did a deep virus scan and threw
out all his cookies, he likely didn't remember
he was registered previously, and the tossed
out cookie got rid of the automatic registering
his computer did.

All he has to do is re-enter his password one
time, a new cookie will be made & he will be
good to go.
