CaseLady, here where I am in Missouri I pay $75 a day for fence builders. These are people I've had before and they know what I expect. The ones I have used are diligent and worth the money.
I also know that will not be true with all folks. Since you have completed the more difficult part in my opinion I'd see if you could establish a per foot agreement which will give them some incentive to complete. You must however agree on how and what is to be done and EVERYONE must understand.
