If the corners and stretch posts are already in that is probably at least 1/2 the work already. At 12' spacing you are looking at around 100 T posts per 1/4 mile. With 3 miles to build that ends up with around 1,200 T posts total! Just kind of running it through my head, I would have to guess it is going to cost you around $4,000 of labor to install the rest of the fence. This is just with me doing the math based on what I think it would take to do the job at $15/hr. I was figuring around 8 to 10 minutes per post and 30 to 45 minutes to strech each 300' strand of wire. That seems pretty reasonable to me. But of course I'm an accountant and have never built a fence in my life so there is some guesswork being done! Maybe someone will correct me now that I've taken a stab at it! ;-) Of couse the other option is to just call a fencing company and ask them how much they would charge you. HTH, Nathan
