Late Styled A Binding???

I have a Late Styled A that has been running great for years. Recently, after extensive use, it began stopping more suddenly than usual. It should free wheel when I release the clutch after moving but it stops almost suddenly. It acts almost as if the brakes are being applied but not quite. The brakes are not dragging because even when I am in neutral with the clutch engaged and beltpulley spinning the pulley stops almost instantly when the clutch is disengaged. This stop is also alot quicker than it used to be by coming to a slow stop. What could the problem be???? It is not making any noises and all fluid levels are good. Thanks in advance.
