What a bunch of hooey! They're charging their batteries at home and counting this as "free" mileage. Maybe if you don't have to pay your utility bills. This guy probably lives at home with his mother.

This would be like if you were to drive your car for twenty miles, burning a gallon of gas, then siphon a gallon out of somebody else's car and drive home. You could claim you got 40 miles per gallon because you only had to buy a gallon of gas!
