Seized Brakes Nuffield Leyland 384

I have a Nuffield Leyland tractor i got given i posted a message a couple of days ago regarding how to get the engine running.Thanks to all that answered the engine seems to be running sweetly now but another problem has come up.The left hand rear brake seems to be locked on (i think) the right one spins but the left won't move at all.Does any one know how to get this problem sorted.I'm not worried about being able to use the brakes i just need to get the tractor moved from where it is at the moment.Thanks
