384? That will have the inline pump I believe. Bleed the filters first. probably a small screew on top of each one. then bleed the pump. hard to remember but seems like there is a bleeder on the top or side near the top. the large plug at the front? is where you add the oil. (pump has its own oil suppply, just like a tiny engine) there is also an oil check plug on the side. It might run out fuel oil if it hasn't been changed latly. Might be best to change the pump oil first, Then you will know where you are at. There is a drain plug in the bottom. Holds about a pint.
