mine and neighbors bottom seals on keen cutter brushhogs went out his week,..... easy fix but could have burnt them up if we hadn't been checking grease regular.... my neighbor said his tractor leaked all of it's motor oil out one time while parked,,,,he checks it everytime he gets on it now.......
