I think you have a messed up Farm Service center we were audited as well. and they had no problems with under collecting at all. it was over.. and our LDP's on 1500 acres never have been enough to buy anything at all.

my uncle runs a grain elevator and watches that stuff close most he was able to come up with ever was 40cents on beans one day 3yrs ago.

We take the loan so we never see LDP's anyway... by the time we sell and pay back the loans LDP"s are usually 0
