Brian: Have you considered a $5.00 weekend, or non voting associate membership. With the price of fuel, it's a bit much to ask someone to bring a tractor and then charge them $20. If it is a two day show, Frank would drive 240 miles, buy at least a couple of meals and donate two days. If he is retired on a fixed income, or if he is younger trying to support a family, it might be more than he is willing to sacrifice. If the club just wants to get together and have a small show, that's fine. I've seen other shows where they have tried similar tactics, and participation has plummeted. If you need the money, charge spectators who don't bring anything.
