Personally - and don't tell ducky this... I don't know what they see in the guy. Does he have money?? Sorry - Do you have a zoo anywhere close. Those muscovys are pretty prolific and they might have a couple they'll give you. Also try any local city parks dept. If there's a city park with a lake. A lot of times they'll give them to people just to keep the population (and ducky doo doo) down.
