Old wagon in vintage photo section

Hi, can someone help me ID and/or place a value on an old wagon in the vintage photo section.

Can anyojne post the picture here?
It has interesting wire spoked rims that I think came off an old car or truck since they have the V8 markings - like from a car or truck engine.
I'd like to know an approximate value since a neighbor might be interested in buying.

It is in good shape and all 4 ties hold air, the back gate swings open, no rotten wood.
