piston rings

706 gas of mine has ate the rings in #4 cylinder, so I gotta do something FAST. Is it possible to drop the oil pan, pull one piston out the bottom and re-ring it?? Just need to keep her running for about 30 hours until I get the hay made, then do an overhaul.
